Instructions for use:

1. Prepare the atmosphere: Start by setting your intention, what kind of feeling you want to achieve with a bath or scrub. You might light a candle, play soothing music, grab a book, light some incense, whatever your heart desires.
2. Using salt: Fill a tub with warm water and add a handful of your chosen ritual salt. As the crystals dissolve, imagine your intention merging with the water and enveloping you. If you use salt as an exfoliant, measure the amount you want (usually half a fist is enough) and while exfoliating, imagine how your intention penetrates your skin.
3. Complete the Ritual: Complete your ritual by visualizing the light surrounding you, sealing the ritual's magic and purpose.
