Grape Agate or Grozdni Ahat is a beautiful mineral that grows in the shape of grapes or bunches, and is often reflected in a gentle purple color.

Or did you know that grape agate is not agate at all? This mineral is actually chalcedony, which grows in a botryoid (spherical) shape.

The crystal was primarily discovered in Indonesia, where most specimens come from.

It is a rarer crystal. Specimens in purple or purple-green colors, which shine beautifully, are especially desirable.
