PURPOSE OF IMPLEMENTATION:
Video surveillance is carried out for the purpose of protecting people and property, as well as ensuring entry and exit control.
INFORMATION REGARDING IMPLEMENTATION OF VIDEO SURVEILLANCE:
- in relation to the videos, there is no further processing or no special effects of processing,
- videos are not transferred to third countries,
- authorized persons of the operator have access to the live image,
- videos are kept for a maximum of 6 months,
- the legal basis for implementing video surveillance, including live image monitoring, is the operator's legitimate interest in ensuring the safety of people and property.
The rights of individuals in relation to the processing of personal data
Individuals have a number of rights in relation to personal data. Before exercising the right, YST Group doo checks the identity of the individual who is asking about his rights. The individual submits their request for information to hello@yoursoultime.si or to YST Group doo, Litostrojska cesta 40, 1000 Ljubljana.
YST Group doo fulfills a justified request within 1 month, in the case of complex requests or a large number of requests, the deadline can be extended by another 2 months. YST Group doo informs the individual about such an extension and the reasons for it.
a) The right of access to data: upon his request, we inform the individual whether personal data is being processed in relation to him, and when this is the case, we provide the following information:
- types of personal data;
- categories of users to whom personal data has been or will be disclosed;
- retention periods;
- based on the request, YST Group doo makes a copy of the personal data that is being processed and forwards it to the individual.
c) The right to delete data (the right to be forgotten): An individual can request that his personal data be deleted in the following cases:
- personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
- the individual objects to the processing of personal data, and there are no overriding legal reasons for their processing;
- personal data were processed illegally;
- personal data must be deleted to fulfill a legal obligation in accordance with EU law or Slovenian law.
d) The right to restriction of processing: An individual may request that the processing of data relating to him be restricted when:
- the processing is illegal, but the consumer does not want us to delete the data,
- YST Group doo no longer needs the data for processing purposes, but the individual needs it to assert, implement or oppose legal claims,
- the individual has filed an objection regarding the processing.
e) The right to data portability: An individual can request a printout of data. The data printout will be prepared in a machine-readable format and can be collected by individuals at the headquarters of YST Group doo
f) The right to object: An individual can object to the processing of personal data by the controller in the context of video surveillance on the basis of a legitimate interest.
The right to file a complaint regarding the processing of personal data
An individual can send a possible complaint regarding the processing of personal data to the email address hello@yoursoultime.si or by mail to the address: YST Group doo, Litostrojska cesta 40, 1000 Ljubljana.
Also, every individual to whom personal data relates has the right to lodge a complaint directly with the Information Commissioner if he believes that the processing of personal data concerning him violates the applicable legislation.
